Rita Ohaya specializes in change management and small business programs. Her keen ability to detect opportunities for growth pairs well with her diverse experience and portfolio of clients. Rita equips small businesses with effective strategies to successfully compete in the marketplace. From development, funding, community relations and sound regulatory standing, Rita’s work breathes life and stability into organizations. When she is not busy transforming our economic landscape, Rita enjoys traveling the world and cooking.

Stacey Ibarra's forte is in talent management and policy. She is a results-driven professional that strategically aligns employee initiatives with business goals. Her partnership with clients range from evaluating and implementing employee engagement programs to increase recruitment and retention, to generating organizational cultures that cultivate businesses' core values. Stacey is a people champion that fosters continuous growth and success for organizations and their talent. In her pastime, she enjoys soap making and gardening.
